Bernard began his professional journey in academia, where he honed his understanding of psychological theory and practice. This academic foundation paved the way for his transition into clinical work, eventually leading him to become a Senior Psychologist and Director of a prominent drug and alcohol treatment centre. During this time, he developed expertise in addiction therapy, trauma recovery, and the treatment of complex psychological issues.
